Personal Data Protection – Information Clause
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, the Administrator hereby informs:
1. The Administrator of your personal data is Lampe Foundation, with its registered office at ul. Długa 10/31, 99-210 Uniejów, Poland.
2. If you have any questions regarding the manner and scope of processing of your personal data within the scope of the Foundation’s activities, as well as your rights, you may contact our Data Protection Officer via e-mail: [email protected] and phone number: +48 537 437 118.
3. The Administrator will process your personal data for the purpose of providing services offered by Lampe Foundation, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) of the GDPR. Furthermore, your personal data may be processed on the basis of your consent.
4. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to receive a copy thereof, the right to request rectification (correction), erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as indicated in point 3 above. The above requests may be submitted to the addresses indicated in point 1. Furthermore, in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
5. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified in point 3, and in the case of data processing based on consent — until such consent is withdrawn.
6. Your personal data may be transferred to authorised institutions specified by law and to processors providing services to the Data Administrator to whom such data is entrusted.
7. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for the realisation of the purposes specified in point 3.
8. We hereby inform you that we do not make automated decisions, including in the form of profiling.
9. At any time, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to its withdrawal. A statement of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be submitted to the address indicated in point 1.

Lampe Foundation places particular importance on the safety of children and young people participating in the sporting events it organises.
Lampe Foundation hereby declares that in its activities it applies Child Protection Standards in accordance with the guidelines of the Łódź Sports Federation, available at: www.federacjalodz.org.pl/standardy-ochrony-dzieci
In particular, Lampe Foundation commits to:
- providing a safe environment for all event participants, with particular consideration for minors
- applying verification procedures for persons working with children and young people
- responding to any signals regarding threats to the welfare of minor participants
- requiring written consent from parents or legal guardians for the participation of minors in organised tournaments and events
